If you play this song on a guitar only, then you should better play a standard
G7 instead of the G7/D chord, because it's easier to play and sounds better this
way, even though in the original recording the bass is playing a D at this part.
Additional Tabulature :
Even though this is a piano song, you can do a nice fingerpicking on the guitar
on it to make it sound like the original recording. This is what I figured out
