May be the version I am listening to,  
but it has a drop D tuning and a capo on the 1st fret. 
Of course this is not 100% accurate,  
but it sounds close and I think it is a pretty easy version to play. 
 I hope someone can enoy this like I have!

Rest of song somewhat follows this pattern. The verses are mainly 
The 3rd set and the chorus is a little different. 
The Dsus2 to A5 is a quick changover. 
 Listen to the song for the correct strumming patterns and changes.  
You can use theLeper's chord tab on this site as a basis  
and you can figure it out from there.  
Just remember to add the extra Dsus2 in the pattern  
and change the chords to the ones provided below.
